The wind stayed with me all day. It was cold and persistent, finding its way into everything. I enjoyed being out in it anyway.
The walk came to about fifteen kilometres and eleven hundred metres of elevation gain. Malka Chatalka was on the route, though it was not the part of the day that won me over. The waterfalls did that.

Reaching Futula made me glad I had kept walking through all that wind. It gave the outing a place to arrive at, and a memory to take home beyond the cold.
I tried something different with the video editing for this entry too. I was still finding the way I wanted these days to look on screen. Having an outing like this to work with made that part enjoyable as well.
